TJ Duffy will be performing a free music concert Friday at noon in the State Office Building, 8th floor atrium. He will be performing on the 1928 Mighty Kimball Theatre organ, a one-of-a-kind rare instrument in Alaska. This unique instrument was used in a Juneau movie theatre in the 1920s to provide live musical accompaniment for silent films of the era. The organ transforms the performer into a virtual one-man orchestra. He will perform a variety of waltzes, merry-go-round music, something involving a Phantom as well as favorites from the 1930s and 1940s.

Each Friday after work from 6 - 8 PM, community members and their friends, both men and women are invited to drop by the Imperial Saloon 241 Front St., downtown Juneau to unwind from the work week. It is a great way to meet friends. If you are over 21, you are invited to join us. Please try it out this Friday, or another Friday in the future. Come on out, and make a new friend today!
